What does the protection include?

• Free replacement if item is damaged in transit or damaged at home within the first 2 weeks upon delivery , SHIPPING INCLUDED
• Protection is valid only if added before the order SHIPS

You can:

-Add at time of purchase

-PURCHASE AFTER, ONLY IF ORDER HASN'T SHIPPED

-Email me kraftymaryy@gmail.com to add it if you missed it, but ONLY BEFORE ITEM SHIPS

USE OF PROTECTION 

• In order to use this protection you MUST send pictures of damaged item 
• Strict 14 day (2 Weeks) policy 

If the item is damaged on day 15, NOT COVERED

• EACH CUP need to be insured 

-example:

(If 5 cups arrive damaged and you only purchased 1 cup protection, only 1 will be replaced)

If this protection isn’t added to your cup(s) and the item is damaged in transit or damaged at home, FULL COST OF ITEM SHALL BE PAID FOR A REPLACEMENT REQUEST
